The Executive Director of The K.E.N. Project, Dina C. Kaplan is the mother of Brandon, a young adult with multiple disabilities of unknown etiology. Dina is also a litigation attorney with more than thirty one years of experience. The Assistant Director, Andrea Lorant is an Advocate and Educational Consultant. She is the mother of three adult children, two of whom have special needs. Andrea has a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology and was a teacher with Los Angeles Unified School District for thirteen years prior to starting her Advocacy practice. Andrea is an experienced advocate who accompanies and advises families at IEP meetings, resolution conferences and mediations.
